Nowadays human resource is an important competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprise hasbeen inseparable from capital, technology and people facing the market of survival, stability,development and growth. Under the same circumstance, the business competition is the competition between people‘s abilities and qualities. The talent acquisition has become an important channel of enterprise members, which has drawn attention for building and improving the recruitment system within the six modules of human resource. Recruitment management is the entrance to people management, the foundation of team skills and efficiency promotion as well as the cornerstone to enhance the staff sense of belonging.Scientific and sound recruitment system makes the recruitment become procedural,systematic and measurable. It also helps enhance the subjectivity and the lag of recruitment management.This thesis mainly investigates the issues arising in the actual situation within the recruitment system to make a proposal of improvement and construction, which is according to the advanced theory of modern human resource management along with the status of recruitment system in YD Group. YD Group is a large manufacturing corporation contains over 10 subsidiaries, which has a history for more than 30 years with nearly 4,000 employees.With the upgrade of product structure and the adjustment of market players, the existing staff structure and management system cannot meet the actual needs of the daily operations, which results in overstaffing in organizations and the urgent demands for talent acquisition.However, the existing recruitment management system is imperfect; recruitment management is incomplete with lower satisfaction for recruiting efficiency.This thesis mainly focuses on the YD Group's HR system, especially in the status of recruitment management. It would find the main obstacle existing in the recruiting process with the combination of both theory and practice. To make recruiting process procedural, to take the measurable improvement plan pertaining to the results-oriented principle into consideration, to further satisfy the development needs of YD Group's strategy and operation.All in all, the above actions would have a profound impact on the sustainable development of YD Group.
