Since in the 21st century,the Human Resources Management has become a major aspect of the business world.More and more organizations are focusing attention on their human resources as they are seen as the main components in sustaining competitive advantage.And recruiting the right employees to do this is another feature,which is complex and stands out on its own.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the current Human Resource Management in SIPEM bank and to evaluate a better way for their recruitment methods.As we know,a better recruitment strategies result in improved enterprise outcomes.Recruitment,as a human resource management function,is one of the activities that impact most critically on the company performance.While it is understood and accepted that poor recruitment decisions continue to affect organizational performance and can limit goal achievement.Through this topic we can clearly analyze the importance of the recruitment policy in a firm,and trying to improve it for the company s development itself.The research was focused on personnel recruitment methods for a bank like SIPEM.Most of secondary information on those topics was found through various paper and internet based sources,previous researches and surveys;whereas,primary information was collected with the help of quantitative and qualitative research methods and represented with some graphs.The research conclusions made in the end of the study tell us that we are able to determine the elements that allow the improvement of the personnel recruitment policy at SIPEM bank by highlighting its strengths and weaknesses.Furthermore,some additional ideas for future research were given...
