Human resource management,an important basis for enterprises to achieve strategic goals,occupies an irreplaceable position in modem enterprise management.One of the most important aspects of human resource management is to obtain qualified human resources for enterprises through employee recruitment.Especially in today’s increasingly fierce talent competition,whether to attract and select outstanding talents has become the key to the survival and development of enterprises.As a new Chinese enterprise entering the Hong Kong market,Z Real Estate(HK)Company is unable to meet the requirements of Hong Kong real estate development in terms of human resource management,especially recruitment work.Thus,it cannot obtain sufficient human resource support for the company,nor provide human resource guarantee for the realization of the company’s strategic objectives.Based on the recruitment practice of Z Real Estate(HK)Company,this article mainly aims to do analysis on recruitment preparation.implementation,evaluation and other aspects to find out the existing problems by combining with the related theory of h。human resources management.Meanwhile,according to the characteristics of the Hong Kong real estate industry,it puts forward some optimization for recruitment countermeasures and methods to improve the Z Real Estate(HK)Company recruitment mechanism as well as its recruitment efficiency.This article includes six sections.The section one is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background.purpose and significance,contents and methods.The section two is the theoretical basis of the research,mainly introduces the concept of employee recruitment and the work structure of recruitment.The section three is the problem analysis,describing the recruitment status of Z Real Estate(HK)Company and analyzing its existing problems.Aiming at the problems,the section four puts forward suggestions for improvement in the recruitment of Z Real Estate(HK)Company.The section five,summary of the article,is the main conclusion,presenting the research results.
