Employees are the most valuable resource for enterprises, and they have played a vital role to the survival and development of enterprise. Recruitment as the channel for enterprise to obtain talents, the importance is self-evident.YBW Company which I’m working for, along with the fast growth of business, employee headcount also increased very quickly, the role of recruitment thus getting more and more important, but the current recruitment management level at YBW is much behind, comparing with modernization of recruitment management. Manufacturing the highest and best quality sample brochures of world class, it’s the aim of YBW Company. To achieve the aim, it’s essential to have the excellent employees. Therefore, improving the recruitment management system becomes vital important for the company.This paper, based on recruitment theory, research status at home and aboard, and combines the advantage of internet, analyzed the recruitment status of YBW company, pointed out major problems in YBW recruitment system, and then developed and practiced improvement actions accordingly, improved recruitment management of YBW company.
