Therefore, improving the recruitment management system becomes vital important for the company.This paper, based on recruitment theory, research status at home and aboard, and combines the advantage of internet, analyzed the recruitment status of YBW company, pointed out major problems in YBW recruitment system, and then developed and practiced improvement actions accordingly, improved recruitment management of YBW company.
