Team building plays an important role in market competition, as the core part of enterprise development. Recently with the intense market competition, state-owned enterprise shows little advantage due to the rapid development of private enterprise. The current team building and management of state-owned enterprise shows low efficiency, and cannot adjust according to the market fluctuation. It is crucial for LN power design institute to improve management, take the opportunity and attract talented people in current situation.First, this thesis has applied the theory and method of team building to make an analysis on the current issues of LN power design institute, such as lack of correct team cognition, lack of effective training method, lack of team cohesiveness and lack of proper team role assignment,and then optimized and solved these issues.Second, based on the analysis of the current issues, this thesis has provided a systematic method to optimize the system problem of LN power design institute.Furthermore, more practical plans have been proposed to solve the current issues. These methods are carrying out the enterprise values, encourages team cohesiveness, team training and communication system must be practicable, and get rid of the wrong understanding of the role assignment of the team.Finally, we have demonstrated that following our proposed methods and plans.In this paper, the LN power design institute's team management issues were studied, and the scientific and reasonable solution is given, which greatly facilitates the development of LN power design institute, in addition, our methods can be widely applied in other similar teams and companies.
