The Problems And Countermeasures On The Social Security Of Villages-within-Cities Of Jinzhou New District

Villages-within-Cities is a product of the rapid development of urbanization in our country, it is a kind of special geographical phenomenon in the process of urbanization, it is the city construction and development of the rapid expansion of urban interaction and the management system of the hospital. Reconstruction of the village problem more and more become the city, social development, and further improve the quality of life of the residents of the bottleneck of promoting the city function, caused widespread concern in the community.There are some social contradictions and difficulties,and some problems are getting more acute in the process of the transformation of villages-within-cities. Jinzhou New District Administrative Committee, relevant public sections, district offices took this problem very seriously. They try to find effective methods to solve the problem of transformation of Jinzhou New District villages-within-cities. In this study, through the collection of a large number of relevant literature, social security theory policy and practice experience, in the basis of summing up the village social security work, through the investigation of 18 villages in Jinzhou New District, the paper analyzed current situation of the social security of Jinzhou New District villages, has some achievements and the problems, so some countermeasures have been put forward to solve the problems.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part of the introduction, analysis of the basic meaning of social security in the city and the research basis, and analyzes the domestic and foreign research on the phenomenon of the city, the results obtained. The second part mainly analyzes the existing social security situation of the villages-within-cities in Jinzhou New District, finds out the existing problems and the influencing factors of the social security of the villages-within-cities. The third part discusses the improvement scheme of Jinzhou District Social Security of landless peasants, firstly puts forward improving measures of social security in Jinzhou District, Jinzhou District of the villages-within-cities social security measures of effectiveness and feasibility. The fourth part summarizes the related countermeasure of Jinzhou New District villages-within-cities of the social security system,the land requisition system reform, and gradually improve the re employment of landless peasants resettlement work, actively improve the construction of social security system for landless peasants, landless peasants to solve the menace from the rear.
