Village Reconstruction Problems And Countermeasures

Villages in cities are the important parts in cities, and occupy the precious space resources of cities. Against this major background of urbanization in these years, the villages in cities have become the "short board" of this city big "bucket", and the influence to the development of the whole city is more serious. Villages in cities have been the key problem against the cities' scientific and harmonious development. How to deal with its reformation and development, is the great problem, even a difficult problem that the cities' development faces.The problem of the villages in cities has the features of complexity and systematicness, involved macroscopic laws system issue, and specific policies. Different districts, different cities of different developing levels, the problems they face have their own features. Jinshui district, Zhengzhou is the central part of the capital of Henan province, rebuilding the villages in cities should be done to promote citifying, build modern district, build a harmonious society. This thesis aims to analyze the rebuilding program of the villages in cities in Jinshui district, deepen and widen the research of the problem.The thesis uses some theories of this field, analyzes the four parts' interests—government, owners, rebuilding unit and common people from many angles, reveals that the its essence is the interests balance among the four roles. From the aspect of practice, the way to achieve all-win, is the standard "four satisfaction"—government satisfaction, villagers, developers satisfaction, and new citizens satisfaction.The thesis takes villages in city in Jinshui district as the subject, takes the first step from comparison between new and old forms of the rebuilding policies in Zhengzhou, ensures its coordinate and basic structure, by introducing the status of the villages in Jinshui district, expatiates successful experience, analyzes the existing problems and causes, makes focused and operable policies and suggestions, and takes some consult for the effective start and getting real effects of the work in rebuilding the villages in cities.
