The existence of a large number of small restaurant has become the bottleneck of our catering services food safety supervision level.This article mainly discusses the current situation of Dalian Jinzhou New District small restaurant food safety regulatory research.The research significance research status and research ideas are elaborated at first, then combined with their own actual experience in food monitoring and field investigation, found the golden state new regulation are unlicensed small catering business problems, poor health status, measured high, the lack of comprehensive regulatory aspects of the outstanding problems that exist in the above problems and reasons are analyzed on the basis of the combination of advanced regions such as Japan, Hong Kong related experience, for Jinzhou new district of small restaurant regulatory problems existing in the process of feasibility analysis, put forward the feasible countermeasures.
