In the 21 st century, with the rapid advance of the rise of the Internet and the process of globalization, Chinese enterprises entered another climax, develop in the direction of globalization and internationalization. The rapid development of China's economy brought by the rapid development of China's enterprises, makes people more and more aware of the important role of the social organizations in the economic development of enterprises. And in state enterprises, collective enterprises and private enterprises, private enterprises is to the high degree of autonomy, and flexible operation mechanism in the market economy system like a duck to water, playing a huge role in the impetus to China's economic development, social progress and promote employment as well as enhance innovation in can force of Chinese enterprises.In an enterprise, the management mode of the enterprise decides the existence form of the whole enterprise and the ecological environment of the enterprise, optimize the enterprise management mode is the key to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. Since modern times, companies in the United States, Britain, Germany and other western countries and South Korea, Japan and other Oriental countries, because of their advanced enterprise management mode, they have rapid expansion of the enterprise and enter China one after another, Chinese enterprises start to follow their enterprise management mode. However Chinese companies because of the millennium to Confucian culture in the history, such as traditional culture and ideology affect the inherent of the study of Western business management model and there appear a lot of problems, as well as full of contradictions between the foreign culture and the national culture, so the enterprises need to construct the localization of enterprise management mode.From the above two points, we can see that Chinese private enterprises established with its own characteristics, and being suitable for their own development mode of enterprise management is very necessary and urgent, and relates to the sustained and healthy development of Chinese private enterprises, related to the overall situation of China's economic development.This paper, based on previous research on the management mode of private enterprises, with Mingqi group as the research object, firstly put forward the research content, purpose and significance, structure and methods, after the relevant concepts and explores the management mode of private enterprises and the connotation, characteristics, enterprise management, analysis the quo and specific problems of Mingqi group, puts forward some solutions about the development direction and system optimization measures for the formulation of Mingqi group management mode, and provide the specific protection measures, in order to promote long-term, healthy development of Mingqi group from changing its enterprise management mode, and provide reference for other Chinese private enterprises which are similar to Mingqi group, promote and enhance the management level of the overall Chinese private enterprises, as well as contribute to the development of Chinese social economic.
