Study Of Maslom's Humanology And Humanized Management In Enterprise

After the researches on humanitarianism, modernity of human, and human subjectivity .the philosophical field of China turned to another two basic directions in the recent years: one was the study of human issue from the viewpoint of practice, the other was the great effort in pursuing the communication and synthesis of various humanological theories from the perspective of theory. This thesis, putting forth the angle of modern humanized management, discussed the issue of human. The philosophic reflection of humanized management was a philosophy of how to treat man in management and a practical application and research of humanology. Based on the profound knowledge of the leading role of human in social activity, the humanized management gave prominence to the status of human in management, and illustrated a series of questions concerning the human-centered management. Therefore, when studying the "human" (the practiced significance) in humanized management, we should not only involve the abstract human, the general characters and the reason of human, but also the physical human, the individuality, the emotion, and their desire. Many opinions about the generality of human included in Maslom's humanological thoughts, analyzed in detail various key elements of the individual, this thesis mainly absorb the reasonable views in his theory as we study humanized management within enterprise and how to apply Maslom's humanology with the human needs as the foundation and the human potential as the essence of effective humanized management application. Meanwhile, in the specific process of practice, Maslom's humanology do exist some practical limitations, such as the conflict between the demand and the supply, the contradiction between the individual and the team, the difference between human potential and its real performance or self-realization and so on. Hence, with the guidance of Maxism, the final part of the thesis is a detailed elaborationof such limitations. In brief, with the combination of species and individual, with the unification of the study of the natural and social attributes of human, with the integration of the material and spiritual attributes, the thesis takes scientific and philosophic reflections to explore the practical significance of humanology.
