| With the diversification of tourism products and service,popular of smart phones and improment of consumer demand,China mobile-commerce develops rapidly in tourism industry.Mobile terminal business for online travel expands,which will be the most competitive way for tourism companies to win market.Travel companies focus on mobile terminal business and occupy market through developing mobile applications and utilizing mobile web trading platform.Tourists increasingly depend on mobile phone when they go to travel.Traditional tourism business model and value chain structure of tourism industry have change,influenced by the rapid development of mobile-commerce.Therefore,to study value added of tourism company not only improves the value chain theory of tourism industry,but provides reference for tourism enterprises.Firstly,the thesis introduces overseas and domestic research status of mobile commerce and tourism industry value chain.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the disadvantages of traditional tourism industry value chain and the influence of mobilecommerce,builds tourism industry value chain model under mobile-commerce,and then analyzes its structure and value added.Thirdly,the thesis establishes tourism companies’ value added evaluation index system,chooses evaluating indexes by the way of principal components analytic method,ascertains indicator weight by entropy weight method,selects 23 listed tourism companies as sample,and then divides the companies’ value added into three levels by fuzzy integral evaluation method.Fourthly,the thesis chooses samples from companies in three kinds of value added levels,and analyzes the contribution of every tourism industry chain nodes by grey correlation analysis.Lastly,the thesis puts forward some countermeasures for China travel companies to enhance value added.This thesis provides theoretical support for travel companies to research on value added and has some reference to practice for travel companies. |
