The development of modern communication technology satisfy the users’demand withthe basic voice calls, on the basis of which put higher request to information collection andobtain and show great interest in value-added business. Everyone believe that the era ofvalue-added business is coming with the successful promotion of business such as SMS,MMS, Colored bell, Entertainment game, download music and so on, and the mobilevalue-added business play an important role in mobile communication industry.The aim of this article is to promotes fujian mobile value-added business’s developmentstrategy suggestion. based on good region development at home and abroad experience,through the analysis of the current situation, and find out the fujian mobile value-addedbusiness’s strategic advantages and disadvantages in development process.This article uses various methods such as Literature methodology, Model analyticmethod and so on.The first part is mainly described fujian mobile value-added businessdevelopment present situation. Fujian mobile value-added business use their own advantages constantly overcomerestricting factors could obtain sustainable development.The third part on the basis ofinter-external value-added business development proposes the suggestions about fujianmobile value-added business in the future. Such as accelerating business product innovation,reasonable pricing in order to promote new marketing, the industrial policy in order to madestrengthening supervision, building industry value chain, etc.Facing the3G times’s mobile value-added business, the article combining with mobilevalue-added business development trend, puts forward the most development potential twokind of value-added service wireless music and IPTV, and points out that3G times the servicresearch and the innovation is still the key.
