This article conducts the research on the development model of mobile commerce focused on SP enterprises supervised by Chinese policy. It focuses on the key problem of SP transformation under existing environment basing on analysis of existing mobile commerce mode and business character. The article introduce the research clew of B-B-C mobile commerce mode and discuss this mode and its valuable conclusion.The article is mainly comprised of the following parts:First, the exordium, is to introduce the research clew and frame of SP mobile commerce mode in the rigid environment of China telecom value-added industry.The second part focuses on the conversion of SP from traditional value-added business mode to mobile commerce mode, based on the analysis of SP enterprises' operation features under macro-environment and microenvironment.The third part is to introduce the concept, feature and service model of mobile commerce, describe current market situation, conclude various SP enterprises' innovation and feature on mobile commerce mode, and introduce typical business model of SP enterprise classified by B2B and B2C.The fourth part introduces a new B-B-C mobile commerce mode, and analyses a case of cooperation between Linktone and EChinaCard to reach the conclusion.The fifth part makes a conclusion on the problems of the existing mobile commerce mode, and predicts the developing trend of mobile commerce.
