Causes And Countermeasures Of Overcapacity Of Cement Industrial Enterprises In H Province

Capacity due to production capacity and continues for more than a certain level of effective demand caused by overcapatciy,produce a lot of negative impact on the social and economic life.Overcapacity will result in enterprise production factors idle and waste of resources,low-cost competition in the market,business failures may occur in severe cases,workers laid off a large area of risk.In recent years,government agencies,academia are highly concerned about the problem of overcapatciy,to prevent and resolve the problem of overcapacity has become the norm under the new government priorities in the economic field.This thesis selects H Province cement enterprise as the research object,based on industry survey,select the scientific and effective way to measure cement capacity utilization level,analysis of the causes of overcapacity,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to resolve the problem of cement industry overcapacity in H Province,and establish a cement overcapacity monitoring and early warning system.This whole thesis could be divided into five sections: The first describes the background,aim and significance of the study;the second collect H Province cement industry capacity data by questionnaire survey,calculate the capacity utilization level,and analysis of the cement industry's capacity characteristics;the third section in the perspective of stakeholder'game theory,on the causes of overcapacity are analyzed;the fourth section propose to prevent and resolve overcapacity suggestions;the fifth section establish a set of practical significance cement overcapacity monitoring and early warning system.
