After 1980, performance management as an advanced enterprise management mechanism rising up, has a very important role in mobilize and activate employees work enthusiasm and passion for the hand, in a large extent promote the growth of enterprise development. Performance appraisal is the basis of performance management mechanism, because of the importance and complexity of the system management. Especially in recent years, in the practice of enterprise management, performance appraisal is more and more important, to establish and perfect enterprise performance appraisal system, to enhance the quality of enterprise management, sound corporate incentive management mechanism, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, in the enterprise management establish scientific and effective performance appraisal system, implement a reasonable performance appraisal system,objective and fair assessment of employee performance, improve enterprise performance level, become the realization of enterprise strategy performance target, enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise market, promote enterprise sustained development is the key.In this paper, the author combines oneself in Yantai BDL automobile4 S shop years human resources management experience, refer to the study of domestic and foreign scientific performance appraisal theory,objective diagnosis of Yantai BDL automobile 4S store sales staff performance appraisal situation, multi angle analysis of Yantai BDL automobile 4S store sales staff performance appraisal system, and revealed the presence of performance appraisal method is not scientific,performance evaluation index system design is not reasonable, performance appraisal no and effective incentive hook, performance appraisal results without positive feedback, lack of performance appraisal procedure of appeal, performance appraisal implementation process is not smooth and other issues. The author of Yantai BDL automobile 4S store sales staffwork, design the questionnaire, clear sales personnel performance evaluation optimization design ideas and goals, scientific performance evaluation index selection, performance appraisal to determine the index weight, from the perspective of qualitative and theorems determine sales staff performance appraisal standard, to correct the performance appraisal cycle, calculation and evaluation of the sales personnel performance evaluation results. Finally, the author combines Yantai BDL automobile 4S store sales staff performance appraisal system design optimization, proposed sales staff performance appraisal implementation plan, do sales staff performance appraisal of the implementation of preparation, implementation process and performance appraisal results monitoring and confirmation and sales personnel performance appraisal result application are reviewed in this paper. It is proved that scientific design optimization of performance appraisal. In addition, for better implementation of Yantai BDL automobile 4S store sales staff performance appraisal system, the author puts forward leadership attaches great importance to the performance appraisal, performance appraisal implementation and training, the establishment of performance appraisal system, construction performance assessment culture four measures to ensure the implementation of the, and to provide the scientific basis for the Yantai BDL automobile 4S store sales staff performance management.
