The subjective philosophy has reached its peak by going through the recovery of the Socrates and Plato era,the thinking of Descartes' “I think so I am ”and Kant's “innate judgment” and the final thought of Hegel 's “ absolute spirit ” and Husserl's “ transcendental self ”.Husserl constructed the inter-subjectivity philosophy through the exchange of consciousness with “others”,while Heidegger has reached the peak of inter-subjectivity philosophy by using “existence” and “ co-existence ”.The transition from scientific management to behavioral science implies that the ontological turn from subjectivity management to inter-subjectivity management in the subject of management.The informal organization is one of the basic ideas of the theory of interpersonal relationships that Harvard University Mayo team has officially discovered and proposed in Hawthorne experiments.Hawthorne experiment lasted eight years,after the initial failure,Mayo led in Harvard University team,and involved people into the scope of experimental research.Finally,on the basis of Hawthorne experiment,the Mayo team put forward the theory of interpersonal relationship,the theory that people are not “subsidiary of the machine”,not only “economic man”,should also be “social people.” Mayo's concern for interpersonal relationships makes management from classical subjectivity management to inter-subjectivity management.The informal organization can be interpreted either scientifically or philosophically,but Mayo's management philosophy is more appropriate in scientific humanism point.Heidegger 's Existentialism is a philosophical path to the informal organization in Hawthorne experiment.“Mitsein” is the informal organization of the way people exist,the workers in the formal organization “ besorgen ” is bound to be in the informal organization “ fursorge ”.Although the non-authenticity of “ das Man ” against Heidegger's will,Mayo has been emphasizing that managers should face up to the positive aspects of informal organizations.In the enterprise,the Staff collaboration can lead to increased efficiency,Leaders should actively guide the existence of informal organizations from the perspective of inter-subjectivity,and use wisdom to maintain the balance between the efficiency needed by formal organizations and the emotions needed by informal organizations,which makes employee boost morale and increase productivity.
