In recent years,there is a bigger market in China’s civil aviation industry.There is also a fierce competition with the economic globalization.To obtain the core competitiveness and to keep the durable competitive advantage,we have to think the question seriously.Civil aviation enterprises provide transportation services for their passengers.Their core ability is the staying power to provide a higher level service.Only the group members can complete the task.Therefore,incentive mechanism takes the important position in the human resource management system.Especially the pilots are the key talents to a civil aviation enterprise due to their skill.So we have to find out the need of pilots to design the incentive mechanism.Basing on incentive management theory,we searched and systemized the development of the incentive theory,and then we summarized the applicable incentive theory to pilotsin the S Airline.Then we made a verifying research on the aviation industry incentive practice to find out the pilots’ career characteristics and demand through the status survey and analysis.Also we studied the current situation of motivation of the pilotsin the S Airline through the survey.Using the multivariate statistical analysis methods to analyze research results,analyzed the extent and the mechanism of the influence of the incentive factors.Due to the result of the verifying research and the theory basic,we realized the problems of the pilots’ incentive mechanism in S Airline.Finally,we designed the incentive mechanism for the pilots in the S Airline based on the theory study and the empirical study,and give advices of safeguard measures.
