In today's world,the fierce competition between countries is actually the competition for talents.This is the case between countries,so is it between the enterprises.In this era,the core role of human resource management in the competition between companies and enterprises is increasingly prominent.For companies and enterprises,how to establish an effective incentive mechanism to attract,cultivate,and retain talents is a long-term issue that companies and enterprises need to solve urgently.At present,the world has entered the 5G era,and big data,cloud computing and the Internet of Things have covered all walks of life.Company C is one of the domestic IT companies and is also a domestic provider of big data and cloud computing services.As a domestic state-owned enterprise,Company C has developed well in recent years,but it is generally reported that the company's incentive mechanism and salary level are far from satisfaction,and the company still has certain shortcomings in difficult job promotion,less investment in training and formality,lack of career planning,inadequate performance appraisal system,single salary incentive method,and low motivation in employees' work,etc.This article takes Company C as the research object,and consults the information of Company C on the Internet and conducts field visits,individual interviews,focused discussions,and questionnaire surveys on Company C.It investigates and studies the incentive mechanism in its human resource management.The 5P model theory includes “Position”,“Personnel”,“Performance”,“Payment” and “Positive Attitude”,which are used in this paper to find out problems with the incentive mechanism in its human resource management,and then proposed corresponding solutions from the perspective of 5P model and related incentive theories,including opening up employee promotion channels,optimizing training and development systems,improving employee career planning and training mechanisms,optimizing performance evaluation standards,improving evaluation and compensation systems,improving employee compensation,and enriching corporate culture,etc.to improve the incentive mechanism in Company C's human resource management system,and then continuously improve the comprehensive competitive advantage of Company C.The purpose of this paper is to improve the incentive mechanism in the human resource management of company C,and apply the 5P model to the company's incentive mechanism.The theoretical guidance can also be used as a reference for improving the incentive mechanism of human resource management in Company C as well as other IT companies.
