The Research Of Financial Strategy Optimization Of Xi'an BZ Company

Sewing machine industry is an important part of China's textile industry and an important part of China's light industry.The sewing machine industry in China has a great advantage of solid foundation,large market and abundant labor resources.But in recent years,due to the increase of high-end apparel demand and the increase in labor costs,China's sewing machine manufacturing enterprises rely on low prices to form a competitive advantage gradually disappear and the industry faces more and more challenges.Xi'an BZ company is a benchmark enterprise of sewing machine industry,whose production capacity is the strongest,in China.However,financial strategy of the company is not suitable for the development.The company must improve the financial strategy in time.The financial strategy of Xi'an BZ Company is studied in this paper.And we discuss the problems and reasons in the enterprise financial strategy and put forward the feasible financial strategy optimization content and path and the implementation and corresponding measures.First of all,the paper reviews the domestic and international theoretical knowledge of financial strategy,and summarizes the related concepts.Secondly,we analysis Xi'an BZ Company's internal and external environment,laying the foundation for further research on the financial strategy;then we analysis the main problems:the imbalance of investment structure;financing means is simple;operating efficiency decreases;income distribution is not enough.Then this paper discusses the causes of these problems mainly include conservative thought is serious,organization structure is not suitable,system security is not perfect and the preparation in advance is not enough.The optimization of financial strategy is as follows:(1)balance the investment structure;(2)enrich the means of financing;(3)improve operational efficiency;(4)improve the income distribution method.Finally,we put forward the implementation of the system,including the establishment of the formulation and implementation of plans,monitor the implementation of the optimization of financial strategy implementation steps,and the related security measures:(1)the break conservative thought of financial strategy;(2)strengthen the financial strategy of organization function;(3)improve the financial strategic system construction;(4)prepare preliminary work of the financial strategy.Financial strategy is a part of the overall strategy of an enterprise,and the financial strategy suited to its own characteristics can greatly promote the development of the enterprise.In this paper,through the research on the financial strategy of Xi'an BZ company,we find out the causes of the problem and the current financial strategy optimization,helping enterprises to achieve the overall strategic objectives and enhance its core competitiveness.
