With the rapid development of the society,all industries have put high importance to talent and talent demand has reached an unprecedent height,which enable human resource management to be an important part of enterprise management.As the most important part of human resources management,the role of compensation and benefit management has become increasingly prominent.Nowadays,Compensation is not only a simple symbol of remuneration,but also reflects the value and social status behind it.The compensation management will not only affect the stability,initiative and creativity of employees,but also affect the achievement of the company's strategic objectives as well as long-term development.Scientific compensation system is one of the important measures to attract and retain talents,and it is also the base for company's longevity.This paper research on Etratech company's compensation system,firstly it studies the related theory of compensation at home and abroad,using the advanced theory as guide for the writing of the whole paper.Then it describes the Etratech company profile,the old compensation system as well as the challenges under the new background of being acquired by Gentherm company.Through the methods of questionnaire survey and employee interview,this paper analyses the problems existing in the company's compensation system,summarizes the problems existing and puts forward the direction of optimization.At the same time,redefine the company's compensation strategy,make clear the objectives and basic principles of compensation optimization,optimize the compensation scheme according to the general compensation optimization process.The specific optimization schemes include position structure salary optimization,reward scheme optimization and welfare optimization.Finally,the implementation guarantee of compensation optimization is put forward.This study provides specific and feasible scheme for the compensation optimization of Etratech Company.It can greatly solve the problem faced by EtratechCompany.The new scheme can promote the incentive and retention of talents in the new environment,and help to promote the realization of the company's strategic objectives.At the same time,this study can be reference for the compensation optimization under the acquisition and integration environment.
