With the passage of time,the beginning of reform and opening up a large number of migrant workers in the first generation of migrant workers gradually become old migrant workers".Statistics show that,whether it is the absolute number or the relative value of C hina's migrant workers over the age of 50 groups are at a very high rate continues to expand.Although for a long time,the state of social endowment insurance of migrant workers work very seriously,the introduction of a number of regulations,but because of migrant workers "nonagricultural workers" special occupation identity,at present,China's migrant workers pension insurance system still exist difficulties in transferring system is incomplete,fuzzy,low level of rights and duties,insurance benefits the relationship between,resulting in a considerable number of migrant workers still can not enjoy the tour of social pension insurance.Migrant workers pension insurance rate low high surrender rate phenomenon has existed.This paper focuses on the willingness of insurance and its influencing factors.The study,to solve the current migrant workers social pension insurance rate low high surrender rate has important practical significance.Based on the above cognition,this paper will study the willingness and influence factors of migrant workers' social endowment insurance.This paper attempts to make clear how the social endowment insurance of migrant workers can be transformed into a high coverage and effectively help the social welfare of migrant workers.In this paper,the work of migrant workers in Beijing as the research object,using the method of questionnaire and Logistic regression model to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of migrant workers to participate in rural social endowment insurance.First of all,this paper expounds the concept of migrant workers,migrant workers and overage stage aging impact on migrant workers and migrant workers pension demand theory,rese arch status and related to migrant workers to participate in social pension insurance;secondly,through the research and design of the questionnaire,the sample obtained the actual insurance statistics description and work of migrant workers in Beijing city rate.For the later empirical analysis provides the basic data;then,empirical analysis on Influence Factors of migrant workers in the rural social endowment insurance in Beijing,according to the results of Logistic regression,the influence degree of factors that influence migrant workers insured and these factors on migrant workers in the rural social endowment insurance;finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,induction to summarize the reason of rural social endowment insurance the insured rate of migrant workers in Beijing,and put forward the corresponding Countermeasures and suggestions.Through the analysis,we found that: first,the proportion of migrant workers to participate in rural social endowment insurance is 87%.Second,at the 90% level,the concept of retirement is different,the rural social endowment insurance,personal understanding of the cultural level,the rural social endowment insurance payment standards,transferring procedures,earnings expectations,age,endowment of the condition is affecting migrant workers in the rural social endowment insurance factors.Third,the methods of improving the migrant workers insurance rate,put forward to optimize the specific views of the system itself,individual quality,operation process and legislation construction in four aspects,provides practical reference for the operation of social endowment insurance of migrant workers in Beijing city.
