In the era of knowledge economy,talent is the core element to measure the competitiveness of enterprises,only with qualified and excellent talents,enterprises can survive and develop in the industry.There are two ways for enterprises to obtain talents,one is from the external market,the other is the training of the internal existing personnel.For there are certain risks,enterprises have successfully recruit talent,so it can not at any time,in the long run,the effective personnel training is the only way which must be passed enterprises to create high-quality talents,how to establish a set of perfect and scientific training system to enable enterprises to maximize the efficiency of training and thus become the focus of the attention of entrepreneurs,experts and scholars of the key research topics.This paper uses many research methods of literature analysis method,case analysis method and interview method,to the staff training system of GN company as the research object,systematically analyzes the current situation of GN company,human resources and training system status,diagnosis of GN and we have many problems existing in the system of training,and through further investigation and analysis,find out the existing problems.According to the shortcomings of the existing training system,combined with the company's development strategy and the internal needs of employees,from organization system,process system,course system,support system four aspects to optimize the design of GN company's current staff training system.Finally,to ensure the good operation of the new training system,this paper puts forward the main safeguard measures from three aspects: strengthening the construction of organizational institutions,ensuring the financial security in place,strengthening the environmental support for the transformation of the training effect.Hope that through this study,can help GN company to establish an effective employee training system,enhance the level of GN company staff training,and similar enterprise staff training system to provide some guidance and reference.
