Investigation On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Employment Of Landless Peasants Kezhou Area

In today's China,urbanization development has been the formation of a huge wave swept across the country,which means that it will be a long period of time have more city suburb farmer land requisition,will be around most of the city is more and more obvious trend of non-agricultural.However,due to a variety of subjective and objective reasons,many landless peasants in the process of urbanization has been caught in the "no farming land,no jobs,subsistence without the status of".The re employment of landless peasants is not only the survival of landless peasants,but also the dynamic adjustment of the whole social labor force.With the rapid development of urbanization in Xinjiang,the number of landless peasants is increasing.Whether it is in situ urbanization,or integration of urban and rural areas,we must solve the problem of landless peasants re employment as a top priority.The re employment of landless peasants involves the political participation,basic human rights,social stability and other major issues,but also the basic contradictions in the livelihood of the people.Therefore,based on the surrounding farmers landless reemployment Atux Kezhou area were investigated and analyzed,an understanding of the living conditions of landless peasants,economic sources and employment demand,two of city construction,Kezhou area increase employment rate has important significance.Based on the study of literature at home and abroad,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews on farmers Faaa,field investigation,empirical analysis,finally draws the conclusion.First of all in the development of urbanization,land expropriation and landless peasants living situation,economy and employment demand information is introduced,and the specific circumstances of the investigation are introduced,the main content of the survey includes the landless farmers after their land change in the standard of living,the landless farmers compensation situation,finally analyzes the existing Kezhou area of landless peasants employment problem;analyzes the restricting factors in regional employment of landless peasants,analyzes these five aspects mainly from the attitude of the government,on the employment of landless farmers landless peasants own quality conditions,geographical factors,religious factors and institutional factors;finally put forward the countermeasures to promote the employment of landless peasants in the area.From the government and peasants in two aspects are put forward to deepen the reform of rural land property rights system,improve the rural land Requisition system,construction of landless peasants social security system,establish and perfect the labor market,and support the landless peasants re employment system to strengthen the landless farmer employment training support and objective understanding of their own conditions of employment planning direction,make full use of various ways to enhance personal qualities and abilities of specific countermeasures.
