Research On The Employment And Security For Landless Peasants In Chuzhou

With the rapid development of society and economy and the process of urbanization in recent years, a lot of land has been requisitioned, causing an increase in the number of peasants who lost their land. As difficulty in finding jobs for peasants who lost their land has become a serious problem, ensuring employment security is a major issue that concerns peasants'livelihood in the process of urbanization and a significant way to promote reform and development and contribute to social stability. Taking Chuzhou city as a case, the paper explores the status quo of employment security for peasants who lost their land, the existing problems and their impacts in developing areas and ponders the strategies and suggestions for improving and perfecting employment security policies for peasants who lost their land in Chuzhou city and other regions so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for helping the underprivileged group of peasants who lost their land and building a harmonious society.Applying the relevant theories of public management, public economics and statistics, the paper has a systematic and extensive examination and exploration of employment security for peasants who lost their land by using the integration of qualitative and quantitative analysis and normative and empirical analysis with the aid of literature analysis and comparative methods.Through field investigation, the paper analyses the living conditions and employment of peasants who lost their land in Chuzhou city and studies the relevant factors affecting the employment of those peasants.
