Research On The Evaluation Of Tianji Hebei Port Cooperation Development

In recent years,as regional economic develops fast and the government "Tianjin integration" policy,the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei has been elevated to the national strategic development level.The port as an important node of comprehensive transportation,is the main driving force to promote the economic development of the city,the Beijing Tianjin Hebei coordinated development strategy provide scientific guide for the port of Tianjin and Hebei cooperation and development.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and research significance,review and development of port logistics related domestic and foreign research status,and introduces the main contents and research methods of this paper.Then the port logistics system,port group logistics system and other related concepts were defined,and this paper expounds the related theory of use.It laid the theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly,the Tianjin and Hebei Port Group in the port logistics development are analyzed and the port logistics development level is uneven.On the basis of the analysis of port logistics in Tianjin and Hebei collaborative development present situation,analyzes the problems and difficulties existing in the collaborative development process.Then we analysis the influence of Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development of port logistics factors.Again,based on Tianjin and Hebei port logistics development present situation and the analysis of factors of port logistics system and external influence,we construct the Tianjin and Hebei Port Group Logistics coordinated development evaluation index system,and then construct the Tianjin Hebei Port Logistics coordinated development evaluation model.Finally,we deal with the evaluation index and calculate the Tianjin Hebei Port Logistics synergy,analyzing the situation of the orderly development of Tianjin and Hebei Logistics Port subsystem and Tianjin Hebei Port Group Logistics collaborative development.Based on the problems in the process of collaborative,we give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,we draw relevant conclusions.
