Strategic Research On Yantai Port Logistics Development

With the development of economic globalization,Port play more and more important roles in the development of modern logistics.lt can provide modern logistics some added services,it can realize the function of modern logistics center,at the same time it has strategic position.The development of modern port logistics becomes the inevitable choice for the port cities.To meet the needs of the development of economic globalization,the modern ports improve their logistics functions constantly and broaden their logistics function.Therefore it is necessary for us to study the perfect strategy of the function of port logistics and developing strategy.This article deeply researches and discusses internal conditions and external environment of port logistics from the aspect of sustainable development for Yan Tai port logistics.Firstly,by using the related theory of port logistics,it summarized the concerning basic conditions,the development of the status and roles of port logistics.Secondly,it analyzed the external environment, industry environment at home and abroad and the surrounding ports competition situation, concerning personnel, material equipment, geographical features.Then,we use the SWOT model to analyze the port group in the development of port logistics external opportunities and external threats, competitive advantage, competitive disadvantage, the advantage, opportunities, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, weaknesses, threats, advantage of four combination strategy;Then it use gray theory and gray model GM (1.1) to predict the port of port cargo throughput and use the linear model to predict the port of the port container throughput.According to the previous analysis and prediction, finally we determine the group port development strategic focus and strategic measures.
