Research On The Coordinated Development Of Port Group In Shandong Peninsula

With the slowdown in the growth of the global maritime market,it causes a serious impact on China’s port market development,especially in the new wave of port investment expansion,the capacity of coastal port throughput generally left,the port vicious competition intensified invisiblely,resulting in the great internal friction of port resources.Under this background,emphasizes the coordinated development of port,achieves the advantages complementary of the port group and common development,and gradually build a competitive order,clear positioning,functional and well-structured modern port group,in order to improve the intensive and efficient use of resources of the port and play the overall effectiveness of the port group is undoubtedly the only way of achieving the common development of the group port.At present,the port group of Shandong Peninsula has been basically a port structure system with Qingdao Port as a leader,Yantai Port and Rizhao Port as the two wings and small and medium-sized ports.However,in the process of reality,there are still many problems in the development of port cooperation in Shandong Peninsula,such as the situation of port competition in the group is still obvious,management system is not standardized,the management system is not standardized,the administrative barriers between the ports are still serious,which hinders the development of port groups,So that the phenomenon of uneven port development is still serious,the port shoreline resources have not been fully utilized,which restricts the overall effectiveness of the port group.Therefore,in order to promote the further development of Shandong Peninsula port group,it is urgent to examine the construction of the port of Shandong Peninsula from the perspective of synergistic development,and to seek a feasible way to cooperate with the port,and boost for the sustainable development of Shandong Peninsula port.In this paper,based on the domestic and foreign scholars research literatures,the theory of the use of the described,and selection are summarized the domestic and foreign ports coordinated development of better national construction experience,as the direction of this paper.Secondly,this paper introduces the four main ports of Qingdao port,Rizhao Port,Yantai port and Weihai port by qualitative analysis,and uses the SWOT analysis method to study the environment of port collaborative development.Again by the domestic and foreign experience,the function of the difference is the basis for the development of port cooperation,this paper uses principal component analysis and Fuzzy c-means clustering of Shandong Peninsula port level,and locate on the different levels of port function.Then the multidimensional grey model is used to evaluate the development effect of port group.At last,this paper makes a selection of the cooperative development model of Shandong Peninsula,and puts forward some countermeasures based on the existing problems.
