The airline business model of the world has been gradually remodeled and merged with the traditional full-service and low-cost airline business model.And the long-haul low-cost airline business model has emerged and developed rapidly.As a new development model,it breaks through the operation scopes of traditional low-cost airlines and presents the new market demand with long-haul low-cost services objectively.And with the development of the future,this model may set off a new wave of civil aviation industry.Based on its huge development potential in the future,this paper explores the characteristics,connotation,operating mechanism and market possibility of the new business model in China to guide the development of China's long-haul low-cost airlines.Based on the research and theoretical foundation of long-haul low-cost airline business model,this paper analyzes and defines the connotation of long-haul low-cost airlines business model deeply from the perspective of its integration and conflict to clear what is the long-haul low-cost airline business model and its features.Then based on the practices,screen out the key factors of long-haul low-cost airline business model.Further based on the realistic conditions of China's civil aviation industry environment,macro-environment,analyze the opportunity and the challenge of the long-haul low-cost airline business model of China.Then ISM model is used to establish the multi-level hierarchical structure model of the Specific sub-factors of the system of value,operation,marketing,profit,management and innovation on this basis of the above reference.And then according to the logical process to design the long-haul low-cost model content of China which is systematic,scientific and include the key elements.Finally,a case application is carried out on the airlines of China to verify that the model is scientific and accurate.
