Along with the development of our country state-owned enterprise restructuringstate-owned enterprises logistics part is gradually peeled off its main business to theexternal market, participate in market competition, which leads to enterprise facing thecomplex environment, how to become better and faster development, to solve theproblem of strategy in the first place. Shougang group as a large state-owned iron andsteel enterprises, the logistics system reform, the group still relative control of logisticsenterprise and demands restructured enterprises should not only in the direction of themarketization, specialization, moving, but also cooperate with iron and steel industryadjust, stronger and bigger in the Beijing area of steel industry, make contributions togroup the transformation of the development.This paper by Shougang industrial company restructuring as a case, on the basis ofthe theory of strategic management, focus on analysis of Shougang industrial companyof external and internal problems in combination with industrial company restructuringprocess and the status quo, among them, revealed the existence of many problems byway of questionnaires, it summarizes three aspects: strategic planning, businessoperations and human resources issues.Through analysis of existing problems in Shougang industrial company and putsforward the solutions to further deepen the reform, through the "big three" industry ofdivisional system restructuring and enterprise shareholding system reform and structureadjustment, set up cross-industry group control mode which adapt to the development ofdiversified, cross-regional. Strive for subordinate units into a qualified market mainbody, through system innovation form the intrinsic incentive mechanism of "I want todevelop", to speed up cultivating leading enterprises which development of Shougangindustrial company, to cultivate the backbone enterprises in the industry, and developthe small and medium enterprises cluster of "specialized, refined, special, new"surrounding the value chain, comprehensively enhance the management level andmarket competitiveness of Shougang industrial company. For the three core problemswhich restrict the development of the enterprise solutions, perfect for business strategyand strategic security system. Shougang industrial company proceed the deepen the reform in2012according tothe request of overall development strategy, to the direction of the reform ofmarketization and socialization, on the premise of the transformation of development,through the optimization of organizational structure, streamline business processes, andinnovation management mode. Since the implementation of deepening reform,overfulfilled the main management indicators, through the analysis of the deepeningreform, affirm the achievements of deepening reform and put forward the existingproblems and the insufficiency.Finally, the paper summarizes the experience and achievements of deepen thereform, on the basis of the work to achieve actual effect, must coordinate to solveproblems in timely, speed up the reform process, and induces some suggestions withreference value to the future development of enterprises.
