Analysis And Modeling The Rational Energy Consumption Of Hotel And Application

In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to construct the smart city,and the smart hotel belongs a sub-topics of the smart city.The thesis focuses on analysis and modeling the rational energy consumption of Hotel and empirical research,by looking for the relationship between energy consumption and influencing factors of hotel,we further explore how the impact factors influence energy consumption.This thesis studies the IPAT and STIRPAT models,the two models are able to reveal population,economic development and the science & technology impact on the environment,we have established the extended STIRPAT model for energy consumption of hotel,we can get the relationship between energy consumption and the impact factors,then we use the LMDI decomposition method to decompose the impact factors,and evaluate the contribution of impact factors to energy consumption of a hotel.For study the rational energy consumption quota of the hotel,firstly we establish the identity between energy consumption and the impact factors based on the extended SPIRPAT model,we can obtain the final energy consumption index through the modification of the impact factors,and then we use the quartile to determine reasonable energy consumption quota of the hotel,finally we can granulate the annual standard of the quota to smaller time period by reversing use mean value theorem for integrals.The empirical research of this thesis use the energy consumption data of a five-star hotel from January to December of 2006.Based on the extended SPIRTPAT model,we establish the identity with the impact factors of occupancy rate,unit area of revenue,temperature factor,unit revenue of energy consumption,we use the LMDI to decompose the impact factors of energy consumption of hotel,the results indicate that the occupancy rate and unit area of revenue are the main factors that can increase unit area of energy consumption,and the unit revenue of energy consumption is the main factor to restrain the growth of unit area of energy consumption.The study of energy consumption model is conducive to finding the main impact factors that lead to the change of energy consumption,so as to carry out energy savingmanagement,when the energy consumption of hotel appears abnormal,the hotel manager can carry out energy saving management and control according to the contribution value of impact factors.The hotel manager can carry out energy saving management and control according to the research of reasonable energy consumption quota,this study can formulate energy consumption quota for a certain area of the same star hotels,and provide the basis for the government to increase the excess fare and energy saving incentives.
