Decomposition Method Of Indicators Of Decreasing Energy Consumption Per Unit GDP In Gansu Province

With the continuous development of the society, people pay more and moreattention to the problem of energy. Our country's economy has achieved remarkableachievement since Reform and Opening-up to the Outside World, we have paid thecost, therefore, the goal of reducing china's energy intensity per GDP by 20% to 2010is presented in the 11th Five-year Plan. Based on the actual situation of Gansuprovince, making use of theory and demonstration research, the purpose of this paperattempts to work out reasonable decomposition of the target of saving energy. Thisarticle has five main parts:The first part explains the background of this research, does up the documentsabout this research, carries out the primary contents and methods of the research.In the second part, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of energyconsumption per GDP and combination weighting approach, a decompositiontheoretic model of energy saving target is proposed, and the concrete calculationmethod is given. Under this model, the article works out reasonable decomposition ofthe target of saving energy in the 11th Five-year Plan period by using economic andenergy consumption data of Gansu province, and finally figures out the target ofsaving energy of fourteen cities in the 11th Five-year Plan period of Gansu.The third part, using time-series model, analyzes sequence of the per unit GDPenergy consumption influencing factors in 14 areas of Gansu Province form 1991 to2007, and energy consumption data in various regions of Gansu Province in 2008-2010 is forecast.In the fourth part, based on the former two parts the paper constructs theoreticmodel for single district total energy saving goal's decomposition into annualindicators in the 11th Five-year Plan period, and takes empirical analysis on Gansuprovince based on this established model, and finally obtains every year's energysaving goal for each region of Gansu during 2006-2010.The fifth part is a summary of the full text studies.In conclusion, the paper carried out in-depth research on the unit GDP energyconsumption targets to reduce, the results were as follows. First of all, the article builds two theoretical models, decomposition model of energy saving target andtheoretic model for single district total energy saving goal's decomposition intoannual indicators in the 11th Five-year Plan period. Secondly, the article obtains theoverall target of saving energy of various regions in the 11th Five-year Plan period ofGansu, and The annual energy saving target of each region During the 11th Five-Year.
