In the global scope,Johnson Electric Co.Ltd.dedicated to provides electromechanical power systems and solutions to customers who focus on innovation and reliability;Johnson Electric provides mainstream products to promote the long-term customers demand.With the rapid development of global opportunities for new energy vehicles,smart manufacturing,smart home and other industries will bring to the company,while facing the competition from more than 2,000 companies in the same industry;this paper focuses on the company's competitive strategy research.First of all,in the chapter of introduction?the theory and method,this paper briefly describes the competition strategy research background ? significance ? research content and research framework of Johnson Electric.This paper puts forward the difficulties and challenges that the company faces at the moment,draws the research topic,and explains the importance of the research on the competitive strategy of Johnson Electric machinery.This paper summarizes the theories?methods and tools of competitive strategy that are needed in the research process.Then,the third chapter and the fourth chapter analyzed the internal environment and external environment of the company.The third chapter focuses on the PEST model which was used to analyze the macro environment of the company;the Porter's five-force model was used to analyze the industry environment of the company;and analyzed the competitor,then the external environment was evaluated with the external factor evaluation matrix(EFE).The fourth chapter focuses on introducing and analyzing the internal resources and capabilities of the company,the internal environment was evaluated by the internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE).Furthermore,based on the analysis and evaluation of internal environment and external environment,the fifth chapter gets the conclusion of SO,WO,ST,WT combined strategy,by analyzing internal environment and external environment facing the company with SWOT matrix,to sort out the key features of Johnson Electric.On this basis,make the decision through the quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM).Combined with the results of competitive strategy selection,the sixth chapter puts forward detailed implementation to differential competitive strategy of Johnson Electric and evaluation method of company competitive strategy,to make sure the strategy happen.Finally,the seventh chapter summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the study,and evaluate Johnson Electric when implement the competitive strategy of differentiation in the future.This paper provides a strategic choice to Johnson Electric which is facing the strategic direction selection,and provides a reference for the development of micro-motor industry in China.From the academic point of view,through the research of Johnson Electric,which is a typical representative of the international companies,the research methods of the competitive strategy of the micro motor industry is meaningful and useful for academic research.
