Since 2020,facing novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic impact and severe complex internal and external environment.China has launched a series of policies and measures in stages,rhythmically and pertinence to help the main body of the market resume work and resume production,and take the lead in recovering the positive economic growth in the major economies of the world.However,the financing needs of small and micro enterprises are still unable to be satisfied.As a wholly-owned subsidiary of JK group company controlled by Jinan SASAC,JK company actively explores the current situation of financing market and various industrial needs,combines the actual difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and the operating characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises,and provides high-quality credit services for the real economy of small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of risk control.However,in order to rapidly expand the credit scale and improve the income level,JK company has a high proportion of loans to medium-sized and above enterprises and a low proportion of credit balance of small and micro enterprises,which is not only contrary to JK’s own business positioning,but also inconsistent with the requirements of national credit policies.In this context,how to formulate and improve JK’s small and micro credit competition strategic measures to make it use its own advantages and grasp the current development opportunities of small and micro credit has become an urgent task.By sorting out the relevant theories and domestic and foreign literature on the competition strategy of small and micro credit,this thesis combs and analyzes the development and internal and external environment of small and micro credit business,and provides experience and theoretical basis for JK company to carry out small and micro credit business from multiple levels and angles.Determine a set of strategic implementation and guarantee scheme suitable for JK company.Finally,it is determined that JK company should choose the differentiated competition strategy to expand the credit business,implement the differentiated competition strategy through measures such as brand construction differentiation,product service differentiation and customer marketing differentiation and optimize the organizational structure,strengthen the construction of corporate culture Accelerate the construction of information platform and do a good job in relevant guarantee work in five aspects.This thesis hopes to provide some reference for the business transformation of JK company and some experience for other peer institutions to expand small and micro credit business.At the same time,it is expected to improve and supplement the theoretical research of small and micro credit competition strategy from the perspective of microfinance companies.
