With the development of economic globalization and science and technology,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.Enterprises must seek out the complementary advantages of resources,and tap their potential in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The reverse logistics is a whole process of product’s lifecycle,during which we coordinate the production,sales,recovery and utilization,transfer the information against supply chain flow in order to save cost and re-create resources.With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the car is no longer a luxury,but the necessities of life into millions of households.The upgrading of people’s consumption of automobiles has promoted the growth of automobile ownership in China,and also brought about the environmental and energy problems caused by the recycling of automobile industry.The development of reverse logistics in automobile industry is not only effective in saving resources,but also can make full use of energy.Therefore,reverse logistics has become the key link of the supply chain,and the reverse logistics management has become an important task of the strategic management of manufacturing enterprises.It is an effective way to reduce the cost,optimize the supply chain and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.K company is in the automotive industry supply chain,with a complex process and a wide variety of species in purchases and production.The shutdowns and inactive stock is frequently caused by replacement in the vehicle market.Although K company continues to expand business and its market share,the company’s management is still relatively weak in the concept of reverse logistics.The pure pursuit of cost control,is constantly compressing internal potential space.However,more and more dull materials and waste in K company will be the non-ignorable status in the projects of inventory management,cost control and profit seeking.If we do not take effective measures to solve these kinds of materials reasonably and economically,it will seriously damage the economic benefits the social image of the enterprise.This paper studies the current situation of reverse logistics management in K company,analyzes the existing problems and causes of the reverse logistics management,and discusses the more effective reverse logistics management strategy to guide the actual work.This paper puts forward the strategy of reverse logistics management of K company from the perspective of reverse logistics process optimization.To establish a classification matrix of the waste material stays two dimensions.One is degree of difficulty in dispose of waste materials and scrap,the other is complexity of the supply market.And then it uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)in the classification process of inactive and waste materials.By scoring for each index,it will classify inactive and waste materials reasonably,and drap up appropriate management strategies for each class of wast materials.Because the reverse logistics management is a complex process,it is not possible to achieve effective implementation of management strategies only by a single Department.All departments must cooperate closely with the strong support of top management.So according to the current management situation of K company,it needs to be emphasized that some of the necessary measures should be taken to ensure the reverse logistics organization system and management strategy,and make a contribution to the company to improve efficiency.
