Efficient material supply management is the golden key to corporate earnings. Materialsupply management use the supply chain theory, we can reduce material procurement costs byoptimizing the materials supply channels, reduce procurement chain, circulation anddistribution sectors, inventory management costs, supply organizations with fewer financialresources, so as to improve the utilization of funds, make the purposes of improve theeconomic benefits.In recent years, as a new management model of modern logistics development andoptimization, material supply management has been widely studied and used in themanufacture, production, trade sphere. With the construction industry, large-scaleinfrastructure such as railway construction does also will rise.Railway is carrying the important hub in China. Including passengertransportation, freight transportation and other important transpirations. Railway supplies isan important safeguard to ensure the normal railway construction, operation, maintenance.Railway material supply is a form of management supply management. Railway supplies leadinto material supply management theory, according to the own business mechanisms, thesystem of supplies has been effectively optimized.In this paper, material supply management as the main research topics, introduce thesituation of CRMG-SC, combined with the actual situation of supplies; analyze materialssupply system in-depth analysis. And mainly start on three parts of material supplymanagement, including procurement management, cost analysis, bidding. Main contents are:1. Introduce the classification and distribution railway material. Different types ofrailway materials, its resource distribution, manufacturing plant distribution are also different.We can know about the Materiel management of from its supplies manner, sales andprocurement. Materials Management also proposed the main problems and analyze its causes.2. According to the main problems found in the materials management, combined withrelevant theoretical knowledge, proposed improvement plan. Proposed process improvementin bidding to improve the successful rate. Presented screening of suppliers and select giftedmills in supplier management. Select centralized procurement, establish a regionalprocurement centers in procurement management in order to pooling resources better. Builde-commerce platform improve internal management of the ERP system in e-commerce. 3. Several questions were conducted before and after improvement improvement effectof contrast.
