Service Design System And Research Of Tourism Experience For Country Park

Service-oriented society is coming with the rapid development of social economy and people’s individual demands of leisure and entertainment are more and more highlights,so that the tourism industry has been vigorously developed,producing a variety of park types,which includes country park that not only protects natural resources but also is convenient for residents to relax because of the closer distance from the city.Hong Kong built country parks firstly in our country,followed by Shenzhen,Beijing and Shanghai and other cities have begun construction of country parks.The construction of ecological civilization and the enhancement of national environmental awareness have also brought more and more attention to country parks,so the country parks have been further developed in our country.However the country park is a new type of park with incomplete system,its concept at home and abroad is not uniform,which study of all aspects are not a system,especially in the tourist experience having many gaps.There has been many problems must be solved in the development of the country park,such as,how to define the concept of country parks finding a unique positioning for the tourists;how to develop the experience-based tourism and personalized tourism belonging to the country park;how to balance the protection of natural resources and meet the needs of the tourist suburbs.This paper investigates the origin and development trend of country parks and the development status at home and abroad.It is found that the specific problems of country parks are as follows: First,country parks are a relatively new concept and different from the others,how to introduce country parks to residents,The traditional scenic service and logo guidance has been unable to meet the needs of tourists,how to combine the characteristics of country parks and the existing information technology means,service design principles to bring a good experience for the tourists is the future development of the country park the key.The main problems of this paper are as follows: Through the thorough investigation of the country parks at home and abroad,the author firstly summarizes the causes and development trend of country parks,and defines the definition of country parks in China according to the overview and classification of country parks at home and abroad.Then,this paper chooses Changxing Island Country Park as the starting point to carry out the background culture,natural resources and construction,observe and analyze the behavior characteristics of country tourists,combine people-oriented and systematic design principles,do not interfere with nature,People and nature on the basis of harmony,through the natural resources and other strength,improve the countryside landscape to increase the perception of channels,the establishment of suburban community virtual gold coins to improve the virtual image,segment the user model,extending the characteristics of personalized services such as the country park Tourism experience system for systematic planning and design and detailed service contact design.Finally,it is determined that the final design results are presented in the form of mobile instant messaging service and traditional guidance system.The online service part uses the knowledge of interactive design to carry out detailed logical process design and concrete of Changxing Island Country Park APP.Visual service program;offline service part of the use of industrial design,ergonomic and other theoretical basis combined with online APP,Changxing Island Country Park logo-oriented system design and smart hand ring program design.The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis of the homogenization of the existing tourism products,and the unique positioning of the country parks with the perspective of experiential tourism.The service experience of the country parks is combined with the multidisciplinary knowledge theory of service design,information technology and industrial design.Take advantage of the combination of online APP services and offline services to show the results.
