Design And Research On Smart Tourism Information Service System Based On Tourism Experience

With the diversity of tourist forms,rural tourism has become a way for people to pursue their return to nature and relax.However,rural tourism lacks a unified information platform for providing services to users and can not provide humane services based on the travel experience.This paper explores the application technology and thinking mode of information service system by combing the development status quo of rural smart tourism and the related characteristics of mobile tourism and service design.In view of the fact that the current travel platform only provides simple information release and finished travel route,as well as information islands between service,management,marketing and experience,the personalization and interactivity of user experience are weakened.The main goal of the research is to make Visitors in the information service system access to quality services,to achieve tourism facilitation,personalization and intelligence.By studying the context models of tourists and tourism products,the evaluation system of tourism quality,the SWOT analysis of rural tourism and the research of user requirements,the design elements that affect the development of rural tourism are explored.This paper focuses on the DPB-T-S tourism consumption model.By analyzing the user needs and functional requirements of the five phases of tourism,combined with the rural tourism service evaluation model,the service design process and contact points are clarified,the overall framework of the information service system is summarized,At the same time expand the tourist in the application layer,service layer and data layer service content.The rural smart tourism information service system includes the network information service platform,the urban terminal service platform and the terminal service platform of the rural tourism scenic spot.In order to provide the informationized travel service,the establishment of the service system ultimately needs to be settled on the service products of users.To travel experience-oriented,combined with the blueprint for user services and interactive interface design elements,visual design of tourism App.
