| China is the world’s most populous country with 7% of the world’s land feeding 21% ofthe world’s population.“More people and less land” is a basic status in China, so ensuring the normal operation of agricultural production has been the top priority of economic development in China. Since the foundation of great changes have taken place in China’s agriculture and it shifts from “People’s community ” to the “Household contract responsibility system” of the 11 th five-year plan.Agricultural production level has improved significantly,but with the rapid economic development,the self-sufficiency of the household contract responsibility system can not satisfy the development of the economy gradually.Therefore,the agricultural cooperatives was founded in order to adapt to improvement.In order to accelerate the modernization, China implemented 《 Rural Land Contract Law 》 and 《 Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives Law of the People’s Republic of China》respectively in 2003 and2007.Therefore, the deep research of agricultural cooperatives will be beneficial to realize the modernization of agriculture in China.This thesis incites the establishing,improving and shifting of Zi Wo Tang shifting from the agricultural material selling center to service center.Through analysis of the detail cases,the thesis comes up with questions of high transaction cost,lack of efficient trust mechanism and creation of commercial mode.In view of the above questions,this thesis centers on researching and technological method of proposing,analyzing and solving questions and it uses methods of combination of case methodology and literature researching.The thesis is supplemented with the transaction cost, the trust mechanism and the commercial mode theories and it comes to solution through deep research and analysis.Regarding to question of high transaction cost, providing the technical service for the cooperatives helps to reduce the transaction cost of both sides by after sale of grains.As to lacking of effective trusting relationship, it establishes and strengthens the trusting relationship through the shift mechanism and prestige mechanism gradually on the basis of the emotion mechanism.Moreover,as for lacking of commercial mode creation, it comes to that Zi Wo Tang,agricultural cooperative and the agricultural material producers cooperates for building big grain storage of a transaction platform.It achieves the realization of trading bilateral benefit,which contributes to promote the network effect actively. |
