Research On The Development Issues Of Our Country's Agricultural Cooperatives

With China undergoing feudal societies for thousands of years,agriculture is the foundation of the national economy.Traditional mode of agricultural production,which based on the family unit,has endured for a thousand years,and the derived lifestyle and mode of think are deep-rooted.After the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China set up the agricultural cooperative economy to change the poor and week situation of the old Chinese traditional agricultural society,and they lose no time in leading hundreds of millions of peasants to pursue the path of cooperative development.Agricultural cooperative is the most basic production organized form which is used for leading hundreds of millions of peasants to get rid of the traditional mode of agricultural production,by the Communist Party of China.It is also a typical mode which is built to adapt the industrial development to guide peasants on the cooperative path.This research starts with the classic writers' ideas about the agricultural cooperative theory,and then expounds the Marx,Engels,Lenin and Mao Zedong theory about establishing the agricultural cooperative.This research learns experiences and lessons from collective tillage of the land which is established in the countryside of after the October Revolution,and the developing of different forms of agricultural cooperatives which is set up by the Communist Party of China in the period of Chinese revolution and construction.This research also compares the agricultural cooperative which is built through the movement of cooperative transformation after the founding of our country with the new mode of the development of cooperative agriculture economy after the Chinese economic reform,analyses the problems of the development of our national agricultural cooperative,discuss the constructed type and the characteristics of the mode of the new agricultural cooperative and the basic countermeasure which is taken to promote its development.Finally,this research extracts the typical models of the development of cooperative agriculture economy from Europe,America,Japan and other countries,analyses the characteristics of its development,and then extracts the instructive measures and methods for the development of our national agricultural cooperative.With consulting a lot of data,the research uses method of comparative analysis to compare the current agricultural cooperatives with the rural cooperative economic model before the reform and opening up,and puts forward some constructive suggestions for the development of the new agricultural cooperative according to the environment and conditions of different period of social and economic development.The highlight of this paper is to promote the development of new agricultural cooperatives by changing the way of thinking of peasants.The construction of the new agricultural cooperative shall be combined with the“new normal” under the Chinese economy,combined with the goal of a comprehensive well-off society,combined with the transformation of economic structure and the concept of industrial mode upgrading,combined with the thinking innovation and practical innovation ofthe agriculture practitioners.This is the only way to get rid of the fetters of the old traditional and achieve a long-term development.
