The Design Of Performance Management System For Lucheng Liquor Company

With the change of market economy, the innovation and development of the modern management, the enterprises spend more attention on performance management. But when the enterprises really brought the performance management into their operation, they found more problems and the result was not optimistic. In this paper, the writer designed the performance evaluation indexes and improve the performance management processes for Liaoning Lucheng Liquor Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Lucheng Liquor Company) from the existing performance management problems through the theory with practice. The purpose is to solve the performance management current problems of this company.This paper takes the present situation of the performance management in Lucheng Liquor Company as the research object, through studying of the relevant theoretical knowledge, literature, using interviews and questionnaires to understand the company's current performance management present situation in deep, finding the main existing problems in performance management, referencing the performance management case, analyzing the causes of the problems with the theory, based on the company strategic planning, according the characteristics of the liquor industry and company's actual situation, using performance evaluation method of key performance indicator and management by objective, perfecting the performance management process, to design a set of performance management system which is suitable for development of the company at the current stage. Then the paper gave the implementation plan and the implementation guarantee of the performance management system.Through research and analysis, the writer designed the performance management system for Lucheng Liquor Company. This paper will help the Company to carry on the performance management, through the effective implementation of the performance system, to improve the performance of individuals, departments and company, to improve the level of enterprise performance management, to ensure realization of enterprise strategic target, finally to promote the development of company.
