Organizational structure reform is a forefront research in modern enterprise and it also has a very important guiding significance in practice. With the "Internet plus era", the business environment is becoming increasingly complex. In order to survive and develop, the enterprise's organizational structure must reform and optimize according to its own situation. Based on the relevant theories of the influence factors on organizational structure reform, adaptation principle of organizational structure reform, the change process of rights, responsibilities and interests in organizational structure reform as well as the control and coordination ability in organizational structure reform, the paper takes ZBJ company as a case study to analyze the organizational structure reform. As a unicorn in the field of Witkey modern in shared economic, it has a good guiding significance for the same type of platform network company.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part: Introduction, put forward the purpose of this study, research significance, research ideas and methods, combined with the technical road map in order to give the framework of the whole. The second part: Based on the organization theory (including traditional and modern), introduce of the different traditional and modern organizational structure model as well as summary on the organizational structure relevant theories, sufficient theoretical and data support is obtained by referring to a large number of theoretical literature,business leaders' views, reviews, and expert scholars' research works on organizational structure. The third part: Through the industry background and ZBJ company's introduction, the paper points out the existing problems of the original organizational structure of ZBJ company. And the ZBJ company's organizational structure reform from 2014-2017 are described in detail. The fourth part: In term of the ZBJ company's organizational structure reform, the paper analyzes the influence factors, adaptation principle , change process of rights, responsibilities and interests as well as control and coordination ability on basis of the relevant organizational structure theories.The fifth part: Summarize the deficiency and inspiration in ZBJ company's organizational structure reform and hope to provide reference and reference for other platform network companies through this paper's research and discussion.
