In the environment of fiercely marketing competition,Commercial banks are normally faced with five big problems: the team management,the customer identification,the methods of absorbing deposits,the methods of reducing costs and improving efficiency,and the operation under the premise of risk control.In order to solve these problems,commercial banks need not only teamwork and integration of resources,but also the corporate culture.It means that a commercial bank who wants to win the campaign pay attention to external management as well as the internal management.It is necessary to innovate and develop external markets.But if there is no corporate culture,commercial banks can not get a long-term success.Because a chain is no stronger than its weakest link.More and more new generation employees come to Bank of JZ,like fresh blood injecting into it.Managers should pay more attention to this group and understand their demands of corporate culture.Only in that way can they create a good cultural atmosphere,arouse the new generation employee's passion,and promote the new generation employees grow up as soon as possible.This paper based on the new generation employee's perspective is aimed at improving the existing corporate culture.First,combing the existing Bank of JZ corporate culture through the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire investigation and historical data.Second,finding out the weakness existing in Bank of JZ corporate culture on the perspective of new generation employees.Third,using SWOT analysis to analyze Bank of JZ corporate culture construction.Finally,giving some solutions about how to improve the Bank of JZ corporate culture.For example,setting up a good image to build brand culture;setting up the spiritual leader to build teacher culture;fostering a sense of ownership to build homes culture;setting up professional development goals to cultivate elegant culture;improving the corresponding guarantee mechanism.
