Fierce and changeable competition environment leads to the enterprise staff is to face the increasing pressure of the workplace, and induce a lot of physical and psychological problems. Not only directly affect the employee’s work, life and health, will indirectly affect the enterprise’s cost, performance and development. For the banking industry, in the economic lifeline of our country in an extremely important position, with China’s accession to the WTO, subject to the impact of economic globalization and regional integration, foreign banks settled in China compete for resources, financial network rise invasion space, the banking of our country and worry about the patients, commercial banks as the banking industry mainstay, but also bear the brunt. However, in big cities, coastal city commercial banks, due to stand high point, the close contact, information developed, with high-level policy and foreign advanced theory has employees stress management in one step ahead. But for the inland, many small and medium-sized cities, the commercial banks by the horizon, information and resource constraints, in terms of stress management is very weak, and some did not consider stress management. Some even consider, blindness, short-term, random proportion also great.At the same time, "90" after the gradual entry into the workplace, the proportion of commercial banks is increasing, with the passage of time, this proportion will continue to increase. These personality characteristics, resulting in they when facing the pressure of work, showing a more complex physical and mental changes, bring greater challenges to the pressure management of commercial bank, is a commercial bank in stress management should focus on.Based on the above considerations, the author wants to through this study to detect the Chizhou city such as small and Medium-sized City Commercial Bank of new generation employees of pressure, and to explore the sources of work pressure and pressure and pressure management relations, and finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.In this paper, the main content including related concepts of the new generation of employees and stress management defined more mature theory of the domestic and foreign scholars on the issue of staff stress management, in Chizhou City Commercial Bank of new generation employees interview setting and result analysis, needle of Chizhou City Commercial Bank new generation staff survey set and result analysis, through the analysis of the obtained analysis, formulated according to the analysis results and the analysis of the reasons for the pressure management recommendations.This paper is divided into five parts, including:The first chapter is the introduction. Mainly includes the following research background, research purpose, significance, domestic and international research status and possible innovation points.The second chapter is the relevant theoretical basis.
