Warehouse is a staging ground for business supplies,and the supply chain is an important part of connecting suppliers, production lines and customers, so the warehouse occupies an important position in the enterprises. Efficient warehousing operation can not only improve the turnover rate of goods in the warehouses and the efficiency of unloading,and response to customers' demand timely, but also reduce the warehouse cost, and then improve the efficiency of enterprise funds flow.The main production of Company A is optical fiber cables,which is just a small-scale production base at the beginning, but with the output increasing, problems brought by the irrationality of the warehouse layout is becoming more and more outstanding. The results of researching warehouse operation show that the distance between the production workshop and the storage area is long,and so is the pending area and the packing area. And the outbound area separates the packing area from the finished products area, therefore, the distance of transporting the optical fiber cables long,and the vehicles operate cross, which results in low efficiency, high operating costs, and traffic congestion and other issues.In this paper, the SLP method is used to analyze the problems existing in the warehouse layout of Company A. We can get the comprehensive relationship between all the operation areas through the analysis of logistics factors and non logistics factors,and then draw the location correlation map and areas correlation map of each area. Besides, based on the restricted conditions of the finished products area, the layout scheme is modified, and finally three different layout schemes are obtained.In this paper,Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to evaluate the scheme comprehensively. Therefore,first of all,the analytic hierarchy model is established,and the expert scoring method is used to mark the factors in the evaluation model, and the judgment matrix is constructed to find the weight of each factor.Then,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is used to evaluate the present situation and the three schemes. Finally the scheme two is determined as the optimal layout scheme.
