Developing with the logistics technology,automated stereoscopic warehouse application in logistics activities is becoming more and more extensive.However,the management of automated stereoscopic warehouse should be further improved,because many workers in automated stereoscopic warehouse still operate in the traditional ways both according their personnel experience or habits in material storage and picking.That makes the automated stereoscopic warehouse couldn’t play the real role of automated stereoscopic warehouse should have,and leads to the low efficiency finally.This article takes the automated multi-layered storehouse of X company as the research object,tries to find out the main reasons of stereoscopic warehouse operation low efficiency——mainly in two aspects :(1)under the material incoming fixed position strategy,not only the pallet utilization rate is very low,but also leads to extremely low efficiency about the outbound due to neglect of the material outbound frequency;(2)when the material is out of the library,because the storage order of the material of the warehouse has not been considered,and the path of the stack is too long,lead to the management of library is extremely inefficient.In this article,through the following optimization work,the operating efficiency of X company’s automatic three-dimensional warehouse has been greatly improved.Firstly,on pallet layout optimization,the storage layout of rationality has been greatly improved through the calculation of materials’ correlation analysis and the ABC classification,the operating frequency statistics and storage convenient analysis,distribution and second distribution on big storage area of incoming material.Secondly,take the shortest operation time of the roadway stacker walking as target,establishing mathematical model,and using heuristic algorithm to solve optimization model,then,rational material outbound operation sequence are obtained.And finally get order picking optimization.
