Research On Logistics Management Optimization In SZ Electronics Manufacturing Company

As the third profits source,logistics management has been paid more and more attention and plays more and more important roles in enterprises.Enterprises make comprehensive research on logistics management and systematically implement it,and the priority is to optimize enterprise internal logistics.The internal logistics management is an important link in the production and operation of SZ company with the main business of electronics manufacturing and OEM,and directly effects on promoting its core competitiveness.However,present logistics management mode cannot adapt to the objective demand of SZ company's development,and optimizing its electronics manufacturing logistics system,in order to realize resource integration and reconstruction,has become a problem at the core of its development.Through the literature review of logistics management and relevant-theory research,this paper in detail elaborates the business,management organization and rules and existing problems of internal logistics management in SZ company,and then discusses the feasibility and necessity of implementation of logistics management optimization with SWOT analysis method.The SZ company internal logistics management optimization solution is put forwards,the implementation is expounded in detail,and the effect of the implementation and unsolved problem are analyzed.In order to guarantee the implementation of the logistics management optimization,SZ company carries out proposal improvement as continuous optimization measures and adopts consolidating measures of location-fixing management and visual management.
