Study On Financial Management Optimization Of K Geological College In Beijing

With the accelerating pace of reform of public institutions, public welfare institutions are more and more concerned about the reform,especially public welfare two types of institutions. Due to the particularity and complexity of the two types of public institutions, there are still many problems in the process, which restricts the reform process of public welfare institutions. In particular, financial management is facing a series of difficulties and challenges. This paper takes K Geological Institute as an example, and deeply analysis problems of the financial management in K Geological Institute currently, and then build a financial management system of K Institute of geological structure, the proposed budget management system, improve the internal control system, according to the K Institute of geological practice are accounting comprehensive information management solutions and suggestions of cultivating the spirit of learning financial and the establishment of financial performance evaluation system. In order to improve the financial management of the two types of public institutions, improve financial efficiency, provide reference.This paper is divided into 5 parts, the first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the topic include: research status, research framework and methods, innovations and shortcomings; second part,elaborated on the theory of the reform of public institutions and related institutions of financial management, including the concept and characteristics of public institutions, three a part of this evolution of financial management theory and China's public institutions financial management system; the third part, making the comprehensive analysis on the reform of the K Geological Institute, introducing K Geological Institute's organization system, budget management system and information management system of internal control system, the four aspects of the status of financial management in K Geological Institute, K Academy of geological analysis in the institution reform process problems, including financial management systems, financial management and financial means backward Staff mobility; the forth part,analysis the root causes for the financial management problems of K Geological Institute, the main reason is the complexity of the financial system construction, curing the concept of financial management,organizational culture is not perfect three aspects.
