Research On Real Estate Registration Data Quality Inspection Method Based On Rule Engine

Real estate registration in china has been in the state of'separate registration' for a long time due to the particularity of history and administrative system. The registrations of land,housing, woodland, grassland, marine and other real estate were separately conducted by different departments. This brought about a series of problems such as inconsistencies in registration standards, overlapping government functions and harming on holders' rights.According to these circumstances, it is urgent to study how to efectively integrate the real estate data and carry out unified registration of real estate. Real estate registration database is the foundation of carrying out unified registration of real estate system. And data quality is the core element of the data. So the four elements of data acquisition, operation,management and data quality determine the quality of the unified registration of real estate registration. The quality control of the real estate registration database is not only to ensure the orderly registration of the real estate registration, but also play a certain role in guaranteeing the quality of the real estate registration data to construct real estate data sharing platform.Although there have been a lot of researches on the data quality inspection model at home and abroad, and there have been a lot of mature and widely-used data quality inspection models and methods, the research of real estate registration database model is relatively small because of the unified registration of real estate in China is still in the initial stage. At present, the construction of real estate registration database in china faces with the following two problems: First, it is inevitable to face the problems of unstandardized data,data's lost and errors when integrating divided data from different databases. Secondly, when constructing land data quality inspection software, quality inspection rules have been bond with the program code. This vitually reduces the data quality inspection software's scalability and ease of change. To meet with these needs, this paper proposes a method of checking the quality of real estate registration database by using rule engine technology according to the special topological relations and business logic relations in the real estate registration database. This paper mainly introduces the following three aspects:(1) Design data quality inspection modelThis paper analyzes real estate registration data object, internal logic relationship and integration process to extract the factors that affect the quality of real estate registration data and then classifies and summarizes the real estate registration data quality check items. This paper proposes a unified quality evaluation model of real estate registration data based on the comprehensive quality evaluation model and the indirect quality evaluation model This paper puts forward the quality inspection method of real estate registration data based on rule engine after studying the operation mechanism and core algorithm of rule engine technology to solve the shortcomings of existing methods.(2) Research on quality inspection method of real estate registration data based on Rule Engine.This paper establishes a quality inspection rule set template of real estate registration data based on national standard after listing and classifying the quality inspection rule sets of real estate registration data. This paper constructs a real estate registration data quality inspection rule engine by the drools.Net 6.4 platform based on RETE algorithm.(3) Examples of data quality inspection method verification and results'analysis.This paper selects the integrated real estate data of Lianshui district in Huai'an City as the research object. This paper applies the real estate registration data quality inspection method designed above to real estate registration data quality inspection system. It is verified by building the new task, designing custom quality inspection rule template, deriving quality inspection results from the operation and analyzing of the results.Based on the above three points of the study,the real estate registration database quality inspection method based on the rules is successfully designed. After conducting a technical and theoretical research and discussion on the real estate registration data quality inspection in practice, studying based on the relationship between the data elements and the elements,this paper summarizes the rule set followed by the data quality check. Based on the rule engine technotogy, the rule set is separated from the system code. The separation provides convenience in modifying and increasing rule set. The real estate registration data quality inspection subsystem provides a more practical test platform for the real estate data official storage and sharing in the future.
