Research And Application Of Real Estate Data Integration Database Based On Cangqiong Platform

Since March 1,2015,“provisional regulations on registration of real estate has been officially executed,which means the property of land,house,forest land,sea area,etc.will be registered by real estate bureau in an unified manner,but the previous data of real estate are stored in original unit in different formats and different media.How to rapidly,accurately integrate the data of real estate and construct real estate registration database has been the problem urgently solved.Previous real estate registration work was made by the related management unit,and each management unit has different informatization degree,uses different registration software platform,and their data format is also different,and so on,which makes real estate data with heterogeneity.In this paper,through studying the heterogeneous data integration methods,combined with the characteristics of real estate data,the in-depth research is made for the key technology,quality control,quality evaluation and technical route for real estate data integration database.The research content is as follows:The key techniques of real estate data integration.In view of heterogeneous data types of real estate,integration methods are discussed.Integration method of data warehouse model for heterogeneous registration data,and heterogeneous spatial data integration by using data conversion mode are processed.It put forward real estate unit number is used to construct the method for the correlation between registration data and spatial data.Quality control and evaluation method of real estate data integration database.Problem source and type of the data in each link of the real estate data integration database and the quality of the data in the process of transformation are analyzed,with the discussion of the corresponding quality control methods in the process of integration database.Through the research on data quality factors,it determines the quality elements,establishes data quality evaluation model,uses AHP decision analysis to weight to score with average score method.Application of related technologies in the real estate data integration database.With the integration of real estate data in Fu'an county as example,combined with Cangqiong platform software,it discusses the application of key technology and quality control method in the process of data integration database,and uses quality evaluation model to evaluate integration database achievements;the evaluation result is good.Through the successful application of the above research contents of data integration database in Fu'an County,it verifies the key technology and quality control method of real estate integration is effective and feasible,and can efficiently complete the task for a data integration database based on guaranteeing the accuracy of the data.
