With the rapid development of tourism industry in recent years,are built around the scenic spots.In the fierce market competition,how to through effective marketing strategy to attract tourists,successfully created their own brand is the difficulties faced by the scenic spots.This paper choose the Huludao city island tourism company,sleep China island tourist resort as the specific research object,through theoretical analysis and practice,the method of combining to optimization design for its marketing strategy,to enhance the brand competitiveness of the scenic spot.Paper uses the SWOT analysis method,the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the company,respectively,were analyzed,and on this basis to use the STP analysis.At the same time combining the theory of 4Ps marketing targeted marketing mix strategy is designed.The main research results are as follows:put forward the development of tourism products and improve the rationalization proposal;Formulated the scenic tourism pricing strategy;Direct marketing and indirect marketing channel is established two channel strategy;Design the advertising,business promotion,public relations and personal selling four promotion strategy.
